We understand that each dog is unique and has their own personality. Some days can also be better than others. We want to ensure that your dog has a safe, fun, and positive experience with us whether it’s during daycare,
a spa day, boarding or training session!
Follow the below steps to get started:
STEP 1: Create your HI-BK client profile
An account is required to book any type of service with us. Required vaccinations must be up to date.
STEP 2: Contact us to schedule your first appointment with us!
A temperament test is required for dogs older than 6 months. This is a half-day daycare session (up to 4 hours) and can be scheduled M-F at 9am or 10am. We limit 2 new clients per day. For puppies less than 6 months old, please contact us to go over our process to introduce young pups to daycare!
STEP 3: After the completion of your first reservation, request all future daycare, grooming & spa, and boarding services on the HI-BK Client Portal!
