GROOMING & SPA
Our team ensures a relaxing place for your dog in our modern grooming & spa space. Our grooming specialists are trained in taking care of dogs of all breeds and sizes.
Our full groom services are available on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Rosemary Gonzalez, a Master Groomer, is a licensed NYS grooming instructor and grooms from the heart. Jaime Katz holds a certificate from a NYS accredited grooming school, and he prides himself on being a holistic groomer that addresses both style and the health and wellness of each dog.
We use Ali’i Animal spa products, all natural shampoo & conditioner made in Hawaii. All other products used are for specific needs. A profile must be registered in our portal, and we require a 50% deposit at booking. Price ranges are based on temperament and condition of your dog’s coat and please keep in mind that the duration of appointments are estimates.
Due to the high demand for grooming services and the time it takes to complete each appointment, we are not accepting new grooming clients at this time. Grooming appointments are reserved for current active daycare clients. Thank you for your understanding.

50% security deposit required for any bath or full grooming appointments. Cancellation notice is at least 2 days or a $50 fee will be incurred.
REQUIREMENTS
The health and safety of each of our dogs are very important to us. All dogs must have current vaccinations for the following:
- Rabies
- DHPP/DA2PP
- Bordetella
- Canine Influenza H3N2/H3N8
- Leptospirosis
- Negative Fecal Exam (for puppies younger than 6 months; must be completed within a 2-week window prior to first day of service)
Certification from a veterinarian is required from each of our guests before admittance can be allowed. If your dog requires an updated vaccination please make arrangements for the vaccination to be administered no less than 2 weeks before any service is scheduled. All dogs must be on a Heartworm & flea and tick preventative. Any dog over 7 months old must be neutered or spayed to book any service in our facility.
